<On the 13th, the “YU HR Forum” was held at YU Chunma Art Center for HR practitioners from excellent local companies.>
YU (President CHOI Oe-chool) held “YU HR Forum” to promote industry-academia cooperation with local companies and employment.
In the forum, held on the 13th at LEE Si-won Global Convention Hall of YU Chunma Art Center, over 50 HR practitioners from excellent local companies including the head of YU Employment Division attended.
In the forum, the information on ▲ YU’s employment support and industry-academia cooperation programs, ▲ Latest HR trends, ▲ Corporate labor management, ▲HR cases of excellent regional companies, and ▲ Industry-academia collaboration and mutual development plans were shared.Especially, CEO PARK Tae-hyun of Team and Leader Story and Manager JIN Han-bin of Organizational Culture Innovation Group of POSCO FUTURE M showed HR trends and enterprises’ recruitment strategy.

Meanwhile, following the first “YU HR Forum,” YU plans to hold the second and third forums on such topics as corporate education cases and labor-management relations cases at LEE Si-won Global Convention Hall of YU Chunma Art Center in January 2024.
