Eco-Hanwoo Institute aims to elucidate the superiority of Hanwoo genetics through research activities in comprehensive and sustainable ways, to improve Hanwoo production through the application of cutting-edge breeding technologies, ICT based feeding technologies, meat processing and cooking technologies to meet consumer-oriented demand for nutritional value of meat, and to expediate Hanwoo industry with the application technologies through relevant industry and academic cooperations.
